Welcome! Blue Wolf Studio is a owner operated private musculoskeletal practice in Alphington. All appointments are scheduled online. During the initial consult, your physio will discuss your complaint, symptoms, history of complaint, conduct an assessment & provide treatment.
Queries & Contact Us Prior to Appointment
If you need to contact your physiotherapist prior to your appointment, please either leave a message in the booking information note, when scheduling the appointment and we will reach out within 24-48 hours during business hours, usually via sms reply. If you have a query, please check our detailed information on our website. We may direct you to our website if the info requested is already detailed thoroughly on our website. We are unable to provide a diagnosis, likely treatment plan or treatment advice outside of the treatment consult.
Our Booking Confirmation & Intake Form
Our clinic is cloud based, booking confirmations are sent via email with clinic contact information, and a sms reminder. A brief message in the booking note about the nature of your visit, helps us prepare for your session. On booking an appointment, a new patient intake form will be sent to all patients via email or via sms link which must be completed prior to attending your appointment, this takes your history of complaint, contains our privacy statement consent and consent to provide physiotherapy services. Your physio will get in touch prior to a treatment consult if necessary. To allow for hygiene & distancing between our clients please arrive on time, not early for your appointment & we will meet you at the start of your appointment.
Cancellation process
Our practice has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all consults. Cancellations less than 24 hours, will be charged full treatment cost in lieu of practitioners time. Cancellations with a note can be made via a cancellation link in every appointment confirmation email. Patients who are unwell with cold, flu, covid- 19 or gastro should not attend the clinic until fully recovered.
Our appointments are for patients with legitimate health reasons and attempts to make false bookings, use false information, obtain business information during the booking process for other purposes than the purpose of appointment, or that result in subsequent doxing or the like, may involve further action. We take our profession and treatment provision seriously.
